Skin analysis: Your skin will be examined under a light and magnified glass. This is to determine what skin type you have and to look for any other skin conditions or concerns.
Exfoliation: A physical scrub or chemical exfoliate will be used for this step to take away any dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. This helps with overall texture and tone of the skin but also helps with the absorption of any other products we use during the facial.
Extractions: Blemishes will be extracted after your exfoliation step. Extractions will be done with either an ultrasonic scrubber to help shake the oils and dirt out of the pores or they will be done manually with a sterile metal extraction tool.
Facial massage: This step is not only for relaxation but it also helps to stimulate the collagen production and blood circulation to the face
Mask: A mask is specifically chosen for your skin type and skin concerns. It is left on for around 15-20 minutes for optimal results.
Treatment serums: Depending on the goal of the facial, specific serums targeted for your skin type, skin goals, and skin concerns will be applied.
Daytime protection: last step is to apply day time protection lotion (moisturizer) and sunscreen to protect your skin from the environmental stressors outside.
